We used the Adventure Cycling map and stuck with their suggested route for about 80% of it. It was self-supported (3 of us, 2 with panniers, 1 trailer). We went over Middlebury Gap, Rochester Gap, and Jay Peak. While not too long, the grade on some of the sections is impressive. Spent a fair amount of time on dirt roads-- great riding. This was actually the second time I have done this loop, the first in the other direction a few years back. I have spent a fair amount of time in VT and there is some amazing riding, amazing places, and amazing people. Burlington might be the coolest city in the country.
I didn't mean to put down the Touring pedals in my original post, but to praise the Sneakers. The Touring pedals are great-- just not as great to me. Patrick-- are those your Rivs I have seen in front of Flatbread? I think it was an AHH and a Saluki (it was actually last summer that I saw them so I may be wrong). Cheers! cm --~--~---------~--~----~------------~-------~--~----~ You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "RBW Owners Bunch" group.
