I didn't count the actual links but visually, w/ 40/32 front rings and a 16/18T rear double, if you line up the axle right in the middle of the drop out (fork end!) in the 40X16T combo, your chain will get all those. The 32X18T will be at the very end, and the 40X18T will be in the front. There should still be room to get a 40X19T combo as there is still a little forward reach, but nothing to the rear. Any help???
