So, if an LBS has done 700c and 26" wheels, but never 650b...is there anything they need to know, or just build them like any other wheel?
Anything special to 650b wheelbuilding? Only thing I have heard is spoke tension is sometimes lower on 650b rims, depending on the rim model/manufacturer.
