I have a Sam, and i'd vote for the Cheviot.  I use a QB (sorry 60cm :) ) as 
a general cruiser and the high top tube is a pain sometimes with a lot of 
things in the basket.  
The Sam would work fine, but the Cheviot is more practical to me.
