Hmmm…. it has a down tubed decal, but I don't know if it's an art deco one. 
I do know the production # is 84, according to the seller. So far wheels 
built, with a cluster; BB, headset, seat post and triple Sugino installed. 
Sitting on my workbench (which I'm sad to say is NOT in the house) are 
derailleurs, Dura-Ace 9 speed shifters, Paul Thumbies, and the stem.  Next 
paycheck, handlebars, brakes and levers.
