Microshift road (short cage) rd on the Fargo; it shifts beautifully, as well or better than any Shimano product I've used. Of course, it's a compact cassette -- 13-27 9 speed; but with the Silvers, wonderful. The Fargo is now the only bike I have with a derailleur.
