Agreed.  Not even a minor rattle from any boxes I've received.  Everything 
wrapped individually with the exception of the 3M reflective tape that was 
carefully rolled up inside a Newbaum's core!  Robert Kurosawa and Jenny 
Klug appear to be the entire shipping 
department http://www.rivbike.com/Articles.asp?ID=290  Given how fast they 
get things out (I also received a tracking number about 30 minutes after 
they opened yesterday), I would guess others pitch in to help.  I would 
like to think Riv employs North Pole elves during their spring/summer 
off-season?
