Aw, thank you guys. I'm a bit late to the thread because I was on vacation last week, followed immediately by a family emergency. I'm back now, though.
The shipping department is just Robert and I, and the bike packers are typically Will and Sean. Dave held down the shipping department fort for a couple of days in 2012-- the only time Robert and I were both out. But, when I'm gone, it's just Robert, and when Robert's gone, it's just me. We love what we do. Your kind words are appreciated.
