If you do have removable valve cores, an oral medicine syringe (like you get with cough syrup) works great as a sealant injector, and can be sourced free from your local pharmacist (if you ask nicely).
I had bad luck with trying to get Pari-Motos to seal up tubeless, so now I'm trying the sealant-in-the-tube method. No punctures yet to test the theory.
