If it's raining raining, I wear a Grunden's rain cape with Rivendell Splats and leggings. If it's cool with intermittent or threatening rain I have a Chrome Storm hoodie I use with water repellent Gander Mountain pants. I also have some Chrome Storm boots which are great on bad weather.
