PS if you want really nice micro ratchet friction shifting try the microshift 9spd swapped backwards Riv style with the left on the right and the right on the left. The left has a nice micro ratchet. The right can be used with 9 clicks for the front derail or change the mode to pure friction. If, in the future, you decide you want 9s index you can always use them as designed.
I've seen the Microshift 9s with friction option for about $85 shipped. Make sure you get the kind with the friction option.
