Looking good! The extender thingy is called a Goatlink,made by Wolftooth. 
It's supposed to help with cassette life and smoother shifting, even if you 
don't actually need it. Also regarding Matt P's wondering about the WI 
ring, I've heard that clutch derailers alone can be fine for keeping the 
chain on.
