I'd eliminate one of the tubes. A single tube with patches should be sufficient. The Silver shifter washers weight almost zero, but..... that's the sort of thing I wouldn't carry. I would also not carry extra batteries for my taillight. Heck, I'd sooner carry a small extra taillight that runs on a single AA then carry two or three AA or AAAs.
As others have said, the Leatherman is the heaviest item.
