I recommend a Nitto Saddlebag Grip and John's Irish Strap for a quick-release system. The Irish strap replaces the buckle-strap around the seatpost, so you remove the bag by releasing the Irish strap and removing the skewer part of the Grip with bag attached. Easy peasy, I used a Carradice Cadet this way on a folding bike (pull bag, fold bike, put both in car).
