That's what some people would call a mini-velo.  It's a pretty popular 
genre in Japan, I'm told.  It's supposed to ride well, like a 
<airQuotes>normal bike</airQuotes>, but it takes up a lot less space than a 
big-wheeled bike, like in your apartment.  They are supposedly very traffic 
maneuverable with the little wheels.  

Flipping the script a little, let me ask you this:  For every 100 rides 
(outings?, excursions?) on your Hon Solo, how many times on average do you 
fold it up?  

2? 10? 50? 100? 200?
