Word to the wise, Bill. For rentals you may want to seriously consider two, 
or even three, additional zip ties. Or have the basket crocheted on and 
charge an extra $10 an hour premium for crafty good taste.

Interested to hear how this pans out. It could help me justify a dozen or 
so bicycles in a 3rd floor walk-up (including a tandem and a Big Dummy, 
though the BD may be sold this weekend).
