I was curious, too. If you follow the link Bill posted, answers to this and 
other liability/protection issues would appear to be covered by Spinster. 
How quickly and fully may be a question that can't be answered without 
experience. The one caveat is you must make the transaction via credit 
card/electronically through the site to be covered by the policy, which 
makes sense.
