Here's one on ebay: http://www.ebay.com/itm/Tange-Champion-Cr-Mo-Mtb-Fork-26-1-threaded-vintage-mountain-bike-/122155189191?hash=item1c710443c7:g:YkgAAOSwmfhX6xVn
I was in the same situation with my vintage mtb, I ended up getting a non-lugged fork from Bruce Gordon Cycles. At first, it really bothered me that it didn't match and I felt the ride suffered. But, now I've moved on (and finally bought a Rivendell). I would love to find a 26" rivendell fork for my bike though! m On Monday, September 26, 2016 at 9:22:48 PM UTC-4, Conway Bennett wrote: > > I just received my custom velocity cliffhanger wheelset to find that the > stock fork on my '93 XO-2 has what I can only describe as toe-in canti > studs which won't allow either deore xt v-brakes or Paul neo retro brakes. > I'm too far in to this build to turn back now so I want to pick up a nice > replacement fork but I'm not really wanting to go down the rabbit hole > (too) much further. Any cheapish alternatives for a 26+ canti fork? -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "RBW Owners Bunch" group.
