Which is almost suspiciously similar to the Nitto 27F that I mentioned earlier. However, it has a removable decaleur that I didn't want (doesn't seem like it would get on well with a basket). And the pannier frames aren't removable, which I did want. At the end of the day, the Nitto rack is nicer looking and more versatile without costing all that much more, so I never bothered to try the VO version.
