Me too! I'd love to actually meet Grant and the crew in person ...considering I've been a Bobette and a Rivendell customer for 23 years now. Even on the phone, Grant, especially , is absolutely charming . Of course anyone else I've spoken to over the phone has been very friendly and helpful . Like talking to old friends.
