One time I called to ask about a bike mechanical issue and the person that answered talked in a very loud and almost angry voice telling me "Don't listen to those people on forums! If you have a mechanical question call us we are the pros we deal with this every day! We know what we are doing!". He was very helpful and kind to me but super exuberant, possibly fed up with forums.
