Yes, Butting, I did not use the term, just in case someone did not know what it meant. Yes. A properly constructed tig frame can be VERY light, I just fini5building the Kogswell PR frame I've had floating around for years and the whole bike is amazingly light! But, it's not the beast that a Clem is either! The Clem is stout and it needs to be to resist twisting over it's extended wheel base.
