Hey, John-I have a 52cm Quickbeam, too! Is yours the sidepull/650b-wheeled version? Mine is, and I'm putting SKS P-50's on it. I've used them on my Saluki and they give good coverage and a decent fenderline with 650bX38-40mm tires. I plan to either use the SKS quick release plugs in the rear or just leave them a little more open than ideal and sacrifice fender line for rear wheel removal capability...
P-50''s are labled for either 26" or 700c wheels, so you could probably use them even if yours is 700c. Here's a pic of my Saluki with P-50s on: http://www.flickr.com/photos/40738...@n08/4091331216/ It's a little short in front but otherwise it's fine. In fact I think I'm going to take these fenders for the QB and upgrade the Saluki to some Berthouds or other metal fenders! I could actually go on and on about their limitations... So with the idea that the fender must be adjusted somewhat frequently to deal with the wheel adjustments, would the two stay SKS like Riv sells be the best choice? I am assuming that metal fenders would just suck at this. john
