I had those brake levers in my Betty a few years ago, with the same handlebar. Had a front Paul Racer and a rear Silver brake. Found that when I needed to brake hard, like on a steep downhill, the levers would flex and I couldn't stop the bike. Switching to Paul reverse brake levers fixed that. Not sure what was going on, or if they were the wrong levers for those brakes. I liked that handlebar a lot, like a mini-Bosco, but eventually settled on the Ahearne bar.
