You'd probably have to ask Riv directly (offlist) to know for sure. ISTR that the odd sizes were being made at Waterford and the evens at Toyo, but i could be wrong. Guessing by the size breakdown, i'd guess that W'ford made all the 700c frames, Toyo all the 650b. -- Bill Connell St. Paul, MN
