Mine, a 63cm, has three water bottle mounts and is the Toyo blue as opposed to the softer blue of the Waterford Hilsens. I don't think Grant's statement is entirely accurate. I think there was a thing in the reader that had the introduction for the Hilsen that said they were being made at both locations and mentioned nothing about that having to do with size. I just checked Cyclofiend's site for the scans of the introduction.
