Last Friday I bought a Toyo 63cm. While in the house of Riv, I looked at a 61cm from Waterford. In addition to the different color, the Waterford-made AHH has a nicer rear dropout, stamped "Waterford". Other than that, they are practically identical, this according to Kevin.
