The Medium Saddlesack is pretty much a perfect bag... I love it and found one for my wife as well. Based on trying to fit hers on a 52cm Clementine w/ the seatpost at its lowest point I will point out that you need a good ~10"+ to make the most use out of its size. Not a problem for most but if you are 5'5" with short legs you might have some issues w/ vertical real estate.
I use mine on almost every commute, it is the 'trunk' to my bike and is really one of the most delightful things about my commuting setup.
