He helped me buy my Sam frame recently. Super nice, easy to work with, insightful, and very helpful. He was great at follow up questions after purchase, too. I tried emailing him about a month ago and he didn't return my message, which was not like him. the next time I tried his email was not operational. Apparently he was not getting the message because he was gone. Sorry to see him go.
