Altered-conscious?

I had two great rides with my little people today. First was during a light
drizzle with the 7 y.o, collecting rocks for a school project (design an
animal out of rocks!!!). Second ride going to Trader Joe's during a
downpour w/ the winds blowing the rain pretty much sideways and straight at
us as mentioned. My 5 y.o. couldn't even get her bike moving at times.

People stared at us from cars (and TJ's) like we were insane. I'm surprised
I didn't get pulled over by the cops and sent directly to children's
services for chld abuse!

And yes, we do know you folks in the Great Pacific North West are laughing
at us.
