Hi Deacon, One of my first full-scale bike tinkering projects about 8 years ago was converting a 90’s Japanese steel road bike to fixed gear. I really enjoyed it but it was a little too small for me, so I sold it after a few months. I have another fixie project in my mind for the future and your enthusiastic posts have done nothing but encourage me.
