Just finished Grant’s book. Makes a lot of since, since I’ve cut out many carbs as of late. I did, however eat lots of fruit and found it just made me more hungry so I cut most of that out and found it helped. The book has given some new guidelines for me to try. It seems to me that it’s more about what you don’t eat than what you do. I’ve had the flu for the past 4 days - also a very effective way to lose weight but one I cannot recommend.
