Oh, that alignment. Since there's only one way it'll fit, I don't even think about it much. Insert wheel, twiddle with cassette joint until anti rotation washers are aligned properly, stuff washers into dropouts, tension chain, etc.
It's tedious, but I haven't found it to be overly complicated.
