Well, I think we’re missing the larger point and that is that Richard was upset that someone used course and vulgar language in reference to the President when clearly the use of course and vulgar language is reserved for the President hisself.
Imagine how upset Richard must have been about the way the current President spoke about the last President before the current President was the President.
