A few months ago I bought Rich from Rivendell's Homer, hoping to build it
up with some vintage parts as a prelude toward maybe doing L'Eroica this
year. After a billon false starts, issues, and frustrations, I finally
finished.

-Vintage campy Nuovo Record rear derailleur with Soma extra long cage
-Albastache bars and dirt drop stem
-Vintage campy downtube shifters, which are horrendous
-IRD cranks
-Velo Orange wheels
-Diacompe brakes
-Compass tires

It rides so well, I can't believe how comfortable and snappy it is with so
little adjustment. I'm definitely a Riv convert.
