@Brian: Why would you go back to 700c? Any specific reasons? I am looking
for reasons to do this.

I have thought that maybe since the bike was designed around 700c I might
try it again and see how I like it. I have extra 700c wheels to pop in
there.

@aspgh: My 650b H50's wont fit betweixt chainstays without bending.

Thinking I could go back to 70c x 32 and 700c x 40 Berthoud fenders as he
rates them for tires up to 32mm.
Peter White says 700 x 50 is better to be safe.
But if Gilles says 40, I am good with that. I would probably like the
slenderer fender look better anyway.
My 42mm tires and H50 Honjos are looking huge.

The only challenge will be the clearance under sidepulls on the fork.
I used to have Paul centerpulls on a Bleriot and then changed to R559 and
don;t recall any better vertical clearance over the P45 I had on that bike.

But this is a 700c bike which will have 700c wheelset and 700c fender set.
Things may be more spacious.
I really like the 700c ride of my Roadeo.
I can;t remember if I could tell any diffs in the Ram when I 650b converted
it.
main reason was to have widest tires poss on it.
But 32's are wide enough I am finding with the Roadeo.
So I may go back to 700c on the Ram.
