I can feel it when braking, Ive been thinking about knocking it down with some sandpaper but need to take a closer at it. I would just relace with a new rim if it was that bothersome. My experience with Velocity rims is very limited but everytime I look into a set of their rims I read stories about defects and QC issues. At their price tag, those stories have kept me away.
