Hi John,   I would not try to conclude too much about the top tube length 
of the Atlantis.  While the 59cm has a top tube of 62cm, it also has the 
ability to place the handlebars in a much higher postion.  If chosen that 
higher position will negate some of the top tube length.  If you have any 
question about the fit I would call Riv.  I find these top tube issues are 
never as simple as they seem.
