I would recommend reaching out to a shop like BikeShopGirl <https://www.bikeshopgirl.com/> in Denver. The focus on electric kid-carrying bikes. I'm sure there are more like-minded shops in other cities as well. Finding out lessons learned from others is key because you only have kids that are carrying age for a few years.
