I would suggest the Radpower bike they sell direct through their website. Normally not something I'd encourage, but I normally wouldn't encourage ebikes either. It's the one I've been looking at; it's not terribly sophisticated, but it has a decent reputation and the price is right. The way I figure it, it's a good way to get your feet wet, if you like it you can upgrade later and the technology is improving, in a couple years anything you buy will be obsolete anywayz.
