What width are you looking for? I think the RM-13 comes in both 25.4 and 26.0 variants, is a drop bar and has a really nice shape, IMO. Much more traditional, Noodle-type shape, but with more flare in the drops. I know I've seen them in 25.4, but maybe only in the narrower sizes?
Blue Lug in Japan also sells a compact Noodle (same shape, shorter reach, less drop) with a 25.4 clamp. If you can't find what you need in 25.4, you can find a Nitto Dirt Drop in 80/26.0 which is otherwise pretty much the same as the Periscopa.
