Hey cinzaw. If I'm understanding what you wrote, you want to be able to touch both feet to the ground while seated on the saddle? If that is what you're saying, that is not really related to the bike fitting you or not. That saddle height will also be far too low for efficient and safe pedaling, IMHO. OTOH, there are bikes designed with a very slack seat tube angle to allow this and still have adequate reach to the pedals for efficient pedaling. Electra was the first I know of to do this, but I'm sure there are lots like that available now...
