You're not going to be able to do that with any standard geometry diamond 
frame bike that fits you properly.  If that's really a requirement you need 
a semi-recumbent like a Rans.  Or, alternatively, you could reconsider the 
idea and learn how to dismount properly at a stop sign, one foot on the 
ground and one still on the pedal.
