Alright folks here’s three points that will be helpful wrangling campers, drivers and permits etc.
https://goo.gl/maps/o7VsC6uvaCTiZZGA7 (This is essentially a google maps route that starts at the campground, stops at the visitor center (permits) and ends at the ride start/minnewaska parking lot) Meet at the campground parking lot at 10 if you’re camping and/or want to ride to the start. Meet at the ‘Ride Start’/minnewaska parking lot at 11 ready to roll. (Refer to directions linked above) I think the only people that will need to pay for minnewaska are people that drive in/and park. Everyone will need to pick up a permit at the Shawangunk Visitor Center whether you ride or drive (See directions above). Of note: Riding from the campground to the ride start/minnewaska parking lot is about 6 miles and 1,200 feet of elevation. The rest of the route is pretty tame.
