I think Joe and Bill summed it up nicely. They do ride similarly when unloaded. I could tell a difference when putting my 4 year old in a rear rack mounted child seat - the Clem handled better. That'd really be the only big difference - regular rear loads, mounted lower with panniers handled just fine on the Gomez. The Gomez has little hearts like the Betty Foy - the Clem does not. I'll add that while the Clem fits bigger tires, this last iteration of the Gomez fits 48mm tires. David
