Laing, thank you for the helpful info. It just further emphasizes how much this 
bike fits my search criteria at the moment. Please keep me in mind if you ever 
decide to sell!

Ricky and Joe, thanks for the lifter strap idea! You might be seeing a photo 
here soon of my DIY version of that for my Sam.
