I use the Jtek Shiftmate to combine Campy 10sp shifters with ShimaNo
9sp cassette. It works flawlessly and is cheap. You won't be
disappointed.

You could also use Campy 10sp with ShimaNo 10sp cassette, provided you
get the correct Jtek model.
