Seconding that navy pier will be touristy and packed, but there are a lot 
of good options near the trail in Lincoln park and uptown (and 
andersonville, and...)

I'd be happy to convoy up from Hyde Park, and back down if anyone wants to 
end at the promontory point fire pits and do something picnic style.
