I agree with John on depending on the handlebar setup desired. Having gone 
up a size on a clem (64) - it felt awesome with a low swept back bars  and 
a moderate length stem. (loscos ~110 stem) It would have never worked with 
flat bars because the reach was soooo long even with a shorty stem. the 
stack was very tall as well so I couldn't use boscos or high rise bars with 
comfort. I have a "proper sized" 59 clem that I use swept backs 
(bosco/tosco) with a longer stem and I could definitely run flat/risers 
bars on it. I would be happy with either size (59/64). I have more bar 
options with the smaller size given you can go with stems in any direction. 
The bigger size felt easier to fit roomy and I loved the unloaded handling 
on trails - but less bar options.The loscos felt perfect and looked amazing 
so I honestly didn't try much else. In then end I chose to keep the 59 
clementine purely off the front end felt better carrying a basket load and 
it was orange.
