Close, but the data only applies to riding at my commuting speed, which is a 
few mph slower than my recreational riding speed, and now commuting represents 
zero percent of my riding time.

The real point of the thread is that 16mph seems to be a real threshold, above 
which aerodynamics become significant, below which you can blow them off.
